Terms & Conditions – Ice Tickles Childcare Community CIC

By booking with us, you agree to the following:

• Payment: All sessions must be paid in advance before childcare or transport is provided.
• Breakfast & Afterschool Club:
• Breakfast Club runs 7:00–8:25am (£5.50, includes breakfast served until 8:10am).
• Afterschool Club runs school finish–7:00pm (£18, includes dinner).
• Extended care after 7:00pm available please discuss with our CEO- Iesha
• Combined Breakfast & Afterschool package: £25 per day.
• School Bus: £10 per child each way. Requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Full charge applies if the bus has already departed.
• Sibling Discount: 5% for families attending 3+ sessions weekly.
• Late Collection: £5 per 15 minutes after your booked time.
• Behaviour: We reserve the right to end a placement with 7 days’ notice if a child’s behaviour impacts safety or wellbeing of other children or staff.
• Setting Closure: In rare emergencies (e.g. staff illness, weather, government closure), we may close with notice.
• Illness: Children must stay home for 48 hours after sickness, diarrhoea, or other contagious illnesses. Full fees remain payable during illness-related absence.
• Trips/Activities: Parents will only be charged entry costs for optional trips.

By confirming your booking, you accept these terms in full.
